On or before 21 March 2022: 1 night cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. After 22 March 2022 – until date of arrival: full cancellation for full length of stay will be charged to your credit card.

You can update your CBM + RELIABILITY CONNECT Live Training Conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 28 February 2022 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 28 February 2022 or for no shows at the conference.
