Exhibit Information

Each 20ft x 8ft booth includes (2) tables, (4) chairs and power (room is carpeted).

(4) Conference passes with full access to all presentations and evening events.
(15) Exhibition only passes for customers for Thursday, September 15th (pdf reg form will be emailed to you.)
(2) Pop-up Banners to be placed in meeting space (supplied by sponsor)

If you are sending your booth freight directly to hotel it needs to arrive before September 9th. If you are sending to the exhibition services company you will receive a separate email with those delivery instructions.

PDF Upload to Mobile App – due September 6, 2022.
(with participation in welcome bag inserts) add a pdf document to the mobile app that every attendee will have access to download.

Mobile App Scavenger Hunt Co-Sponsor – drive traffic to your booth as attendees collect your scan via mobile app (provided to you at the conference).


As part of your exhibit package we are offering you an opportunity to have your company logo and product images in a recorded professional narrated video that will be played for the attendees during the conference. You will have thirty seconds worth of script that will be narrated to tell the delegates about your organization to include product and/or software news, exciting product/software launch, or any upcoming news you would like to share. This exhibitor video will at times be played at the conference without audio, so please make sure that your graphics and images are branded.

  • Please provide 3-5 high resolution images of your choosing by August 15, 2022.
  • Provide a 30-second script to be narrated and recorded by us with the images you provide.


Deliver your commercial presentation during the extended lunch and exhibition scheduled on Thursday at 1:15pm. It can be hands-on demo, powerpoint presentation, or a combination of both. $50 gift card giveaway afterwards provided by Mobius. Provide the title of the presentation by August 15, 2022.
