Exhibitor Introduction – due 7 October 2022
As part of your exhibit package we are offering you an opportunity to have your company logo and product images in a recorded professional narrated video that will be played for the attendees during the conference. You will have twenty seconds worth of script that will be narrated by us to tell the delegates about your organization to include product and/or software news, exciting product/software launch, or any upcoming news you would like to share. This exhibitor video at times will be played at the conference without audio, so please make sure that your graphics and images are branded.

• Please provide 3-4 high resolution images of your choosing by 7 October 2022.
• Provide a 20 second script to be narrated and recorded by us with the images you provide.
