Sven Fleischer has 26 years of experience and expertise in the field of asset reliability. Focussing on plant installation, commissioning, field services, training, and consulting, from a PdM perspective to optimise plant reliability.

As the APAC Sales Manager for Easy-Laser AB, Sven is able to assist regional business partners provide laser shaft alignment and geometric system solutions to the end users’ requirements.

Roman Megela Gazdova works as the Senior Reliability Engineer at Easy-Laser AB. Roman has more than 20 years of experience in assembly, commissioning, and service of gas compression systems all over the world, from Europe, to Asia, and the USA in industries including glass production, stainless steel production, oil and gas, oxygen, petrochemical, natural gas, biogas, and hydrocarbons. Roman has a mechanical engineering background and specialises in optimizing production processes. Currently, Roman is on a mission to teach best practice for reliable machinery installation through modern reliability principles.
