Work Execution Management is the core system that needs to be implemented in every maintenance organization. By simple definition, WEM is how we identify, plan, and do work on our equipment, so it works like it is supposed to, with as little cost and down time as possible. Cooper Tire and Rubber has gone through more than one decade period of changing the Maintenance organization, from top to bottom,by appling all the core activities, along side with WEM, and the intent of this presentation is to share developed blueprint with our likeminded colegues.

Strong engineering professional with a Ms. Eng. E.E. focused in Mechatronics and Automation Engineering from Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Nis.
