Syncing PdM has been a challenge. The complexity arises because many times, the technologies generate conflictive information. One technology may suggest for you to shut down a machine while another technology may suggest to do nothing. You go from a machine ready to crash to a machine which is fine depending on which technology you use, which ones you combine and how you integrate them. We introduce a process for syncing PdM technologies that is proven and it is based on 28 years of experience integrating PdM technologies. We introduce syncing PdM technologies for predicting complex failures by applying this methodology to a very complex and obscure system: piston pumps.
