AMWS3: Root Cause Workshop

Daré Petreski , Technical Director, Mobius Institute

In this interactive workshop, Daré will present and guide the attendees through Root Cause Analysis methodology briefly introducing the multiple structured techniques used to solve the problems we all face in our day to day operational activities.

Attendees will also be taken through a more detailed, real world worked solution using a particular methodology, leaving them with a framework they can then use for future investigations.

They will also then address the same known problem using an entirely different methodology highlighting how adhering to a structured process leads you to the same root cause.
