Exhibit Information

Each 10ft x 8ft booth includes table, (2) chairs and power (room is carpeted).

(2) Conference passes with full access to all presentations and evening events.
(5) Exhibition only passes for customers for Thursday, September 15th (pdf reg form will be emailed to you.)

Exhibit Set-Up:
Tuesday, 13th September – 8:00am – 3:00pm
MUST BE SET-UP BY 4:00pm!

Exhibit Dismantle:
Thursday, 15th September – 2:00pm – 6:00pm
MUST BE DISMANTLED BY 6:00pm!

If you are sending your booth freight directly to hotel it needs to arrive before September 9th. If you are sending to the exhibition services company you will receive a separate email with those delivery instructions:

Deadlines

Exhibitor Introduction:
As part of your exhibit package we are offering you an opportunity to have your company logo and product images in a recorded professional narrated video that will be played for the attendees during the conference. You will have fifteen seconds worth of script that will be narrated by us to tell the delegates about your organization to include product and/or software news, exciting product/software launch, or any upcoming news you would like to share. This exhibitor video at times will be played at the conference without audio, so please make sure that your graphics and images are branded.

• Please provide 3-4 high resolution images of your choosing by August 15, 2022.
• Provide a 15 second script to be narrated and recorded by us with the images you provide.
