EXHIBITOR INTRODUCTION
As part of your exhibit package we are offering you an opportunity to have your company logo and product images in a recorded professional narrated video that will be played for the attendees during the conference. You will have fifteen seconds worth of script that will be narrated to tell the delegates about your organization to include product and/or software news, exciting product/software launch, or any upcoming news you would like to share. This exhibitor video will at times be played at the conference without audio, so please make sure that your graphics and images are branded.
- Please provide me with 3-5 high resolution images of your choosing by 3 June 2022.
- Also please provide me a 15 second script to be narrated and recorded by us with the images you provide.
