What is included in the conference registration fee?
For each day of your 3 day conference pass: welcome coffee/tea, snack and refreshment break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of two streams of presentations, evening reception, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

Car Rental: Book the vehicle of your choice online or at one of the car rental desks. There are 2 ways to rent a car. You can pre-book online with any of the companies available, or you can just show up on the day to see what’s available. Rental cars are available at the International and Domestic Arrivals.

Is internet available during the event?
Free WiFi will be available throughout the entire hotel during the duration of the conference.

How do I make changes to my registration?
You can update your registration. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

How do I cancel my registration?
Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 28 February 2023 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 28 February 2023 or for no shows at the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person in your company. Please e-mail your requests to Angela at angela.bello@mobiusinstitute.com.
