Biography

Bennett Fitch is the President of Noria Corporation. His years of experience at Noria includes director of development for Lubrication Program Development (LPD) services and LubePM, the lubrication program management platform. Additionally, he serves as a senior technical consultant and is an instructor for Noria’s Machinery Lubrication and Oil Analysis courses with an interactive, yet relaxed approach to engage his audience. His expertise is established from years within oil analysis and machinery lubrication as the core of his career. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in applied tribology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa. Bennett is also certified through the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) as a Machinery Lubrication Engineer (MLE), Machinery Lubrication Technician Level II (MLT II) and Machine Lubricant Analyst Level III (MLA III).

Wes Cash is the Vice President of Services for Noria Corporation. He serves as a senior technical consultant for Lubrication Program Development projects and as a senior instructor for Noria’s Oil Analysis I and II as well as the Machinery Lubrication I and II training courses. Wes is an enthusiastic, relatable speaker who connects effortlessly with his audience. His style and easy-to-understand approach to the curriculum creates an interactive forum for learning.

With his background as a former construction worker and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) technician, Wes brings practical knowledge to which students can relate. With Noria, he has helped numerous companies transform their current lubrication practices into world-class programs. Wes is also a regular contributor of technical articles for Machinery Lubrication magazine. He holds Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) Level III and Machine Lubrication Technician (MLT) Level II certifications through the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML), and is a Certified Lubrication Specialist through the Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE).

Nick Mallas is the Vice President of Americas at simatec, Inc., where he works with industrial teams to strengthen lubrication practices and improve equipment reliability. With deep experience in automatic lubrication solutions and day-to-day maintenance realities, he focuses on helping organizations reduce common failure modes tied to improper lubrication and drive more consistent, repeatable results across their assets. Nick is known for translating lubrication strategy into practical, field-ready guidance that maintenance and reliability teams can implement immediately.

Sanya Mathura is the Founder & CEO of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd and external steward of the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Mainstreaming Committee (EDIMC) of UWI’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. She works with global affiliates in the areas of Reliability and Asset Management to bring these specialty niches to her clients. She has a strong engineering background and continues to push barriers by being the first female to achieve numerous certifications in the lubrication industry globally. She recently won Engineer of the year award 2024 from the Empowering Industry brand. Sanya sits on several international boards and has published 6 books to date. When not writing or managing the business, you can find her supporting projects to advocate for women in STEM.
