In 2007, Rodney made the decision to return to his roots, acquiring Lubrication Engineering and stepping into the role of Managing Director.
Since then, he has transformed the business into a nationally respected leader in lubrication reliability, known for its technical excellence, hands-on customer support, and innovative lubrication solutions.
