Biography

Nishit has 17 years of experience in Condition Monitoring (CM) and Reliability. With a background in mechanical engineering and early exposure to vibration and balancing through his father’s work, he began his career in 2007 selling CM solutions for Aimil/Pruftechnik (India) gaining expertise in all type of industrial vibrations applications. He then worked as an RCM Engineer at Sabic in Saudi Arabia, focusing on criticality, RCM & FMEA analysis and Reliability KPIs. In Germany, he specialized in monitoring wind turbines and complex machinery as a Remote Condition Monitoring Engineer at Pruftechnik/Fluke Reliability. Currently, as Sr. Application Trainer at Fluke Reliability, he shares his expertise with customers new to CM & Reliability. Nishit holds a Mobius CAT III certificate and is also a certified trainer for CAT I & II courses.
