  • How do I make changes to my registration?

    You can update your CBM + RELIABILITY CONNECT Live Training Conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

  • Who should I contact regarding special requests?

  • How do I obtain a VISA letter of invitation?

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 9 February 2020 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 9 February 2021 or for no shows at the conference.

    If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person in your company. Please e-mail your requests to Becky at becky@mobiusinstitute.com.
